The Roche Shop values your satisfaction seriously. If, for any reason, your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns and refunds are allowed (pls. see info below). Unfortunately, customized or personalized products are non-returnable. So as most of the edible gifts & favors are also non-returnable. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping of return goods and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where to send returns?
Since The Roche Shop is a network of affiliate sites, pls. check each site where you ordered and check their refund and return policies. Most of the items on The Roche Shop are shipped directly from suppliers or affiliates. Check the company's shipping policy as they all vary. The Roche Shop or the affiliates will send a new batch if the error is on our side. In summary, pls. check each product's page or wesbite link for each company's return options and policies. If you want us to help you find a company's return policy, email us and we will be glad to help you.
Meanwhile, orders directly from The Roche Shop will require an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Pls. email our returns department for more info. (as of this writing, The Roche Shop RMA is not yet in operation).
