Refunds and Returns Policy for Cake Stands

EXCHANGE
I accept exchange of unused cake stands, only if you have notified me within 7 days after receiving the item. Delivery back to me should be within 30 days.

I accept returns of unused cake stands, only if you have notified me within 7 days after receiving the item. Delivery back to me should be within 30 days.

RESTOCKING FEE
There will be a 20% restocking fee for returns.

“Restocking” is just a common term and the term I will use but the fee is because once you order from me, I order my materials. My cake boards are usually the same price (and I usually have stock of cake boards) but my vintage bases vary in prices and I buy it right then and then, no matter how high the price is, just so I can create your cake stand as soon as possible.

SENDING BACK THE PACKAGE
The item must arrive back to The Roche Studio in the same condition as it was sent, securely bubble wrapped and carefully packaged and I will issue you a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping fees). Buyer is also responsible for return shipping fees. If the cake stand breaks in transit, I will NOT give you a refund. So pls. make sure you secure the item very very well.

BREAKAGE UPON DELIVERY

I have perfected the art of packaging large fragile items, however, sometimes shit breakage STILL happens. If there is a breakage or a mistake on my part, everything is refunded (and NO restocking fee) as the package is fully insured. You will need to prove by emailing me a photo- and I will give you refund for both shipping and item price. If there is a breakage, pls. be smart enough and Pls. do NOT return the package to me. All I need is a photo of the broken item and as per UPS policy, pls. do not throw the package until the claim has been finalized as sometimes, UPS wants to pick up the damaged package for inspection. In the event that you do return the package of the damaged cake stand to me, I am sorry, but I will NOT reimburse you with your shipping fee.
